The Neptune Program was one of the first established transition programs that primarily encourages water safety in deep water whilst simultaneously providing a pathway from Flippa ball to Water Polo. Head Coach Angie created the program after amassing experience in Spain and France and evolving programs she ran there. We try to create an environment to grow confidence in deep water and encompass all aspects of mini water polo development. Neptune fundamentally highlights the three major factors in any deep water sport – breathing, balance and movement. You will move through the levels and improve your overall skills, gradually building from basic water safety to Mini Polo skills. We run our sessions on a Sunday morning at Diocesan from 11am – 2pm depending on which group you are in. We have 5 levels in total – with the final 2 levels being incorporated into the Under 12 club program. Email Leonie at email@example.com for further details.
