U14 Lead Coach – KIRSTEN HUDSON

Kirsten joined Atlantis in 2017 when she moved to Auckland to pursue her own personal water polo career. As one of New Zealand’s most capped international players, she has an unrivaled wealth of experience. Kirsten has represented New Zealand at no less than six Senior World Championships and has worn the black cap well in excess of 100 times. She studied and played at Hartiwck College in New York where she was recently inducted into the Hartwick Athletic Hall of Fame. During her time at Hartwick, she scored 367 goals and recorded 248 assists. She will join the Atlantis National League side for the first time in 2019. 

Kirsten is also a highly experienced coach – In 2017 she was the coach of the U14 Aqua side which won Bronze at Nationals as well as assisting the Tridents to Gold. In 2018, she stepped up to lead the tridents to Gold in Auckland, Silver at Pan Pacs and Bronze at the National Championships.
